1 / Understand your Circumstances & Current Insurance

When do you plan on retiring?  What insurance do you currently have?  What other family members are on your plan? What options do you have on your employer plan? What type of health insurance are you comfortable with?

2/ Educate You on Medicare & Insurance Landscape

Answer all questions you have about Medicare and educate you on aspects of the rules & marketplace that pertain to your circumstances.

3 / Assist to Formulate Overall Medicare Strategy & Important Dates

Considering when you will lose your current insurance OR if it makes sense to hang on to Employer coverage.  We will hone in on an overall plan to transition to Medicare plans.

4 / Checklist: Groundwork For Medicare Enrollment

You will need to establish Social Security and Medicare accounts online with the Federal Government.  We will instruct you on how to do this. Other items that need to be addressed along with timing will be communicated.

5 / Assist in Determining Additional Insurance Type

Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage? Honest discussion on pros and cons of each.   Prescription Drug Plan options.

6 / Shop & Enroll With Chosen Carrier

Based upon your circumstances, preferences and healthcare considerations, we will compare carriers, their benefits, networks & Rx coverages.  You will be educated as to what plans are most popular within your community (..and why)?  We can review your doctors & prescriptions in order consider these in the decision making process.

7 / Monitor Enrollment Process 

The enrollment process should have communications and benchmarks that will be continually monitored.

7 / Annual Review 

We will solicit your feedback on the enrolled plan.  Assist you with the annual enrollment process.  Advise as to your options if plans or circumstances change.
